Pre-School: Ages 3-6 yrs. (prior to 1st grade)
Level I
Ratio 5:1
Designed for children to become comfortable in the water and learn basic swimming skills and water safety through basic skill instruction, games, and activities.
Level II
Ratio 6:1
Improving on skills from Level I, children will be introduced to more advanced skills such as floating, diving, and treading water. Independent swimming for short distances is encouraged.
Level III
Ratio 6:1
Our most advanced class for pre-school children, crawlstroke and backstroke are taught. Water safety and other advanced skills will also be taught. Improving basic skills such as diving, floating and treading water.
School Age Grades 1-6
Beginner
Ratio 6:1
Designed to help non-swimmer children become acquainted with the water & water safety. Learn basic swimming skills through games and activities.
Advanced Beginner
Ratio 7:1
More advanced swimming skills; children are independent and confident in deep water. Working on Crawlstroke, backstroke and diving. Personal safety and basic water safety skills are reviewed.
Intermediate
Ratio 8:1
Students at this level are competent swimmers. Skills from the Adv. Beg. level are improved upon and new strokes such as Sidestroke, Elementary Backstroke & Breaststroke are taught. Diving, personal safety, water safety & age appropriate rescue skills are taught.
Adult Advanced Swim Classes
Swimming skills will be refined, with more advanced skills taught as participants become ready to advance. Coach Patti is the Instructor.
