If your child is 7 or 10, please choose whether or not you feel (based on their personality and tendencies) they should be with an older group or younger group.
Martial Arts for Tiny Tigers - Ages 4-7
The class focuses on learning martial arts through age appropriate workouts, games and drills.
Students will have a great time while learning life skills. There are no bench warmers in our Dynamic Martial Arts program. Students are active participants in building their own strong minds & bodies.
All classes are taught in a fun & safe environment.
Junior Martial Arts - Ages 7-10
Focuses on continued learning of martial arts through age appropriate workouts, games and drills.
Students will develop stronger minds & bodies through increased self-confidence, physical strength, and flexibility. All classes are taught in a fun & safe environment.
Martial Arts - Ages 10-15
Focusing on learning the serious life skills of self-defense in a safe, fun, motivating environment.
The martial arts and self-defense skills that help children lead safe and active lives are taught through physical and mental, drills and challenges.
We will work on focus, confidence, respecting yourself and others and help each student reach a new level of personal best.
All our current martial arts classes are taught with COVID safety precautions in place. This will be a no contact class. Masks and screening forms are required.
