Weymouth Junior Police Academy


Many officers of the Weymouth Police force and special guests will provide this wonderful opportunity for kids to interact with Weymouth Police Officers while getting hands-on experience in activities such as: Accident and Crime Scene Investigations, nerf blasters, physical training, obstacle course and more.  The group may travel off-site to certain special destination.  Music, safety, skits and sports are just some of the fun activities - and there will be many surprises!

*Participant must be a Town of Weymouth resident who is in currently in 5th Grade and moving to 6th Grade in September of 2023.*

Parent night will be tentatively scheduled for June 15th at 5pm.  Location TBD

Scholarship
Scholarships are available for those who may need it. Applications are available in the Recreation Office or see link below.

Key Dates
  • TBA - Parent Informational Night for registrants - at least one parent required to attend. You will get agenda and t-shirts.
